How often do you butcher?
We butcher a year and a half old steer every fall. If we have more steers, we will also butcher in the spring.
IS YOUR PRODUCE CHEMICAL FREE?
Yes, we do not process our beef in a facility that add chemicals in the butchering process. Providing natural and flavorful beef as close to nature as possible is our goal.
How soon in advance should we place an order?
Our beef order slots usually fill up at least 6 months before the butcher date. It is advised that you place your order at least 9 months before the butcher date to ensure we have beef for you!
